| Conditions of Booking |
| 1) |
Bookings
a. Holiday homes - a deposit of £75 per week when booking. The balance for the Holiday home will become due 5 weeks before arrival. If this is not received the Holiday Home may be re-let.
b. Tents, touring caravans and campervans - a deposit of £30 per week when booking. The balance must be paid immediately upon arrival.
c. Deposits may be made by cheque (payable to "Silver Sands Holiday Park") or by card over the telephone.
d. Deposits on cancelled bookings are not refundable. In the event of cancellation of a Holiday Home booking the balance of the hire charge is payable in full should the Holiday Home not be re-let. It is recommended that you take out suitable insurance to cover this eventuality.
e. A returnable deposit of £20 is required on arrival for the key and remote controls, subject to the controls being in good working order. |

Telephone bookings
will be held for 5 days pending receipt of deposit if not made as a card transaction |

Bookings for holidays
are accepted from families, couples only. Holiday Homes or emplacements may only be occupied by those listed on the booking form. For Holiday Homes the person making the booking must be over 21 and a member of the party. |
| 4) |
This is a family park. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking, refuse admission or terminate the occupation of any accommodation or emplacements without compensation when in their opinion any of the conditions of booking or park rules are not observed or when the conduct of any visitor is considered unacceptable or unreasonable. |
| 5) |
Dogs
must be kept on a leash at all times whist on the park and exercised in the designated area or off the park. They must not be left unattended in any accommodation or vehicle and must be kept off seats and beds in Holiday Homes. We reserve the right to remove pets if we consider this condition has been breached. Owners most &poop-a-scoop& and deposit in the refuse bins. |
| 6) |
Cycling
around the Park is not allowed, in the interest of safety of all and enjoyment of others. |
| 7) |
One car only may be parked on an emplacement or next to a Holiday Home. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse the access in extreme cases. |
| 8) |
The proprietors cannot be liable in respect of any injury or loss or damage to visitors' property howsoever caused. |
