Managing Director - Graeme Leith
Profile
Graeme Leith joined as Managing Partner in 1998 after running the internationally renowned Sundridge Park Management Centre for PA Consulting for 12 years. He joined PA Consulting to expand and develop their business both nationally and internationally.

At Sundridge Park he was responsible for their flagship, the Senior Executive Programme, and all other open programmes, as well as in-company business, in total worth £14m per annum.

Graeme focused on management training and development for top echelon managers and his specialities of Strategy, Emotional Quotient Behaviours, Performance Coaching and Organisational Change.

Graeme originally worked in engineering and manufacturing, within such companies as Dowty Engineering, Thorn, Reliant Motors and the Engineering Employers' Federation. His functions then were in the personnel fields with special focus on industrial relations and employment law. He has successfully represented companies in more than 150 Industrial Tribunals and Central Arbitration Committees.

He ran the Management Training Centre called Woodside for Courtaulds, and he studied for his MBA during this time.

Recent clients in the U.K include: Parragon Books, The Halma Group, HBOS, Lloyds of London, NatWest, British Alcan, The Ballast Group, Automotive Products, Housing Associations, District Audit and charities such as National Trust .

Internationally, Graeme has worked in Sweden with MGruppen; IBBM, Renong and Petronas in Malaysia; Shangri-la Hotels in Hong Kong, the Ministry for Telecommunications in Namibia; ABB in Poland and Ericsson in the US.

Other areas of work include conference speaking and writing. He co-authored the FT's "Handbook for Management". His own experiences through his paraplegia and subsequent rehabilitation have provided him with very specific insights about the management of change.
