Profile
Ulric has worked as a consultant in the field of general management for more than 20 years.
He has experience as CEO, in staff position and as line manager in several organisations, including consultancy companies. He has worked as an internal and external consultant. He has been Project Manager for research teams in system development at the University of Stockholm. He has been the Senior Vice President, Program Director for the Senior Executive Program and Director of R&D of the Swedish Management Institute as well as member of the board in MGruppen, one of the major management institutes in Sweden. He has also been senior consultant and partner at SINOVA one of the most well known management development companies. He has worked in both the private and public sector.
Present clients include large and small companies in Sweden, Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. His special focus in general management is on executive teams, strategic visionary work, organisational development and processes of change.
He has given speeches in USA, England, The Netherlands, and Scandinavia. He is member of several boards and he has also lectured at the University of Stockholm and Stockholm School of Economics. He is co-author of a book on "Future leadership in an intellectual economy", awarded as the "Leadership book of the year 1998" in Sweden. His next book "The Strategic Visioning Process" was published in april 2002. His has a BA, in business economics, systems theory, statistics and a technical college degree as Mechanical Engineer. He is fluent in English.
