Richard is an independent management consultant specialising in helping businesses gain the maximum fulfilment and profits from their business.
He is a proactive member of CBS (The Confederation of Business Strategists). We are a full service consultancy group, whatever the client's needs we can bring professional and experienced people to assist you maximise your business potential.
He aims to develop successful business partnerships with clients in a corporate market place. Existing clients of the group range from small manufacturing, retail, wholesale and service businesses with turnover of £250k per annum, to international businesses with turnovers in excess of $100m.
Debt Management
Richard Cussons has worked with many clients in a number of sectors, implementing Debt Recovery CRM Systems, which aim to recover outstanding accounts whilst maintaining a strong and fruitful relationship with the customer.
Many clients simply had the standard 'aggressive' system of 3 letters and 2 telephone contacts then legal action. This resulted in unhappy clients who took their business elsewhere.
We worked with the clients to deliver a proactive, customer focused system which fitted into their business models and strategic objectives, then provided the support and tools for training and implementation:
