The consistent theme throughout Gary's career has been to improve the bottom line for organisations, whilst simultaneously improving the quality of the working lives of the people who work in them. Gary is committed to transferring skills and facilitating learning, so that clients can achieve sustainable change and continue to thrive long after the consulting assignment has ended.

Until recently Gary was a Business Director at Ashridge Consulting he has worked with a large number of high profile clients around the world, including, BBC, M&G, Remploy ,NHS (UK), Unilever, Barclaycard, National Bank of Australia, Network Rail and Nokia.

BBC (UK) - Gary was involved in the original negotiations and overall project management of the prestigious Leadership Program at Ashridge

M&G (Prudential) - Leading a development program for senior managers

Remploy (UK) - Facilitating the introduction of the Theory of Constraints across 85 manufacturing units and developing supply chain integration for their clients - MOD, Barbour, Nissan, Jaguar. Bottom Line performance improved by 35%

NHS (UK) - Working with a senior team to reduce waiting lists in a primary care trust, leading to a 40% improvement and being awarded as a finalist for the CIPD and MCA awards. There was also a £4.6m bottom line improvement

NHS (UK) - working with the senior team to develop strategy and program manage the largest Private Finance Initiative in the UK

Unilever (Global) - developing senior managers in strategy, marketing, finance, distribution and HR.

Network Rail (UK) - the lead facilitator on the flagship Executive Leadership Program at Ashridge
