Executive Coaching
The business case
Executives often need very particular development at specific times in their career. Independent, professional yet personal interventions are hard to come by within management. Experience shows that managers benefit from, and perform significantly better after coaching, in just the same way that sportsmen and women do. The analogy is clear. At whatever level in the organisation, individual attention reaps rapid reward for both the individual manager and the organisation.

Who should attend
Any executive who wishes to benefit from personal support and guidance for improving their performance or other related matters.

The programme design
An experienced coach will work with an individual, on a one-to-one basis. They will determine the individual's requirements and imperatives at the start. The coach will specifically tailor a programme of sessions to fit the objectives of the individual.

The key contents include:
  • Preparing for, or adapting to, a significant change
  • Corporate strategy or policy development
  • Preparation for promotion or role change
  • Managing crisis or conflict
  • Enhancing business relationships
  • Broadening experience, knowledge or skill levels
  • Personal or private questions
  • Improving performance
